when the canadian immigration office start submitting applications for migration to canada?

аlѕο i cant get the application form on the internet.іt dοеѕ not open.im not feeling good these days so i couldnot manage to go to tokyo canada immigration office,plz do you kno anything when i can submit our applications.thankyou.
