The US controversy of immigration – Part 3
Immigration has become a national problem for many politicians on both side of the Isle, each one pointing the finger at the other and neither one offering a solution that is worth while contemplating. The solution to the immigration problem is complicated and misunderstood by many people, to include the politicians that scramble for a solution to a problem created by their own laws. Yet politicians continue to throw ideas back and forward with no end solution or hope on how it will be reduced. They only agreed on temporarily solutions that at the end will only show a waste of money for the tax payer and an open door for those who dare to risk all in search of the so called American dream. But no one in Washington seems to confront the source of the problem created by their own laws and lack of truly understanding the problem surrounding illegal immigration. Yes it would be complicated to address the true failures of immigration because politician would have to admit that the real failure of immigration is within the political system and their own unrealistic laws. The structure itself brings the failure to the system, politicians conduct their campaign on platforms like, environment, education, crime prevention and so on, but the power of the legal immigrant has become substantially powerful. No politician could win an election without the support of the immigrant. Here is where the problem becomes tainted by deception and falsehood from politicians, therefore creating a system within the system that would not permit a solid solution in battling illegal immigration.
Illegal immigration in the United States of America plays an important function in the economical stability; it represents billions of dollars a year paid into the welfare system without return to the contributor. But when the government own policies fails in the control of its borders, the problem that will inflate to heights beyond repair, by saturating an already fragile illegal work force. If the government doesn’t start to take responsibilities for their failures and their incompetence in policy and admit when they are wrong, the United States of America democratic system will run the risk of a total collapse. Immigration is not the only problem, there is education, health, environmental issues and so many more that we could not help but to acknowledge that the government is a failure to the people and to the real issues affecting the over all stability of our nation.
