I have Australian Citizenship by descent, how can I start the process of moving over there?

Hi, I have Australian citizenship by descent. I am 22 years old, have a partner and a 3 year old boy. We are looking at moving to Australia to give our son a better quality of life. How would I start the ball rolling and how would my partner and son go about it? Any information at all would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
