How Do We End Illegal Immigration?

In recent decades, our country has been besieged by a plethora of immigrants entering the United States under a false pretext and without legal foundation. These are what we call illegal immigrants or foreigners. Now, as you read these words, illegal immigrants, you probably think of Mexicans, right. But what I am referring is that of illegal immigrants at all, not just those floods in Central Europe and South America. No, I am writing to all those who come from all over the world.

Although billions of dollars immigration enforcement work to some extent we still can not completely stop this stampede. And we will never able to completely block those who intend to enter. There is simply not enough manpower or money to cover every last inch of riparian land, sea and air. Safety in numbers is as true a statement today that when it was first invented. So instead of trying to catch all the foxes trying to enter the henhouse, why not chickens? Now let me explain how we can completely stop the foxes or in this case, illegal immigration.

Together with President Bush, all illegal immigrants must leave the United States within ninety days. This is where the president and I begin to diverge on immigration. I submit that we will not spend another dime on the hunt for illegal aliens, after ninety days. Because, after ninety days of execution of illegal immigrants will be given to the survey of U.S. employers who use illegal immigrants. In short, we will begin to act and enforce the employment laws that are already in place.

After ninety days, any employer who is found to have illegal immigrants to their service will be fined $ 10,000 per illegal and placed on probation for two years for each illegal found. They should not be incarcerated for the first offense. However, if they are caught employing illegal when a second, then the penalty is severe. The second offense will result in a fine of $ 100,000 for each illegal in their employment and five years in prison. We must take seriously if we want to stop illegal immigration.

In addition, their business and assets will be sold and the money generated by the sale will be used as an offset enforcement costs. In addition, there will be no bail allowed them to recurrence of the crime. Therefore, if you are arrested for a second offense, you’d better make sure you have your harmonica with you because you’ll stay in jail for some time.

Now what happens during the ninety-voluntary relocation period day? To ensure that illegal immigrants to head back from whence they come, we will need to withdraw all the benefits that were given to those who have violated our immigration laws. First, we act in accordance with the 14th Amendment in applying the law of citizenship. Despite the claims of the supporters of illegal immigration, this amendment should not allow automatic citizenship for babies born here to illegal immigrants of foreign nations. So first, we reclassify all babies born illegally on U.S. soil for the status of their natural parents country of origin.

The illegal immigrants will no longer be allowed to send their children to public schools. And they can not benefit from any government or other rights to social programs. If they appear in a hospital or clinic with injuries or illness they may be processed only when immigration officials arrived to take them into custody for deportation. The only exception here would be life-threatening issues which require immediate treatment. However, the immigration authorities has yet to be notified even before it began emergency treatment. Once these measures are adopted, illegal immigrants will leave of their own. Otherwise, they will eventually be found anyway.

Once the illegal immigrants back to their country, they can apply for admission to the United States through a work permit. They must list their experience and skills and other relevant information. They must have some knowledge and understanding of basic grade 6 language spoken and written English. All schools will be directed to legal education of immigrant children in English. There will be no more than twice lingual signs, voice mails or any other instruction in foreign languages as English became the official language of the United States.

To enter the United States themselves and their dependents to submit fingerprints and photo identification and they must be accompanied or sponsored by an employer certified by the immigration services. They are also required to report to immigration authorities on a monthly basis to ensure they have not moved out of state without permission. Any conviction for a felony or misdemeanor offenses repeated an illegal immigrant will result in expulsion without possibility of ever returning to the United States.

Employers wishing to hire legal immigrants must be certified by the immigration services of the United States. They have to identify the skills of employees they need and how much people wanted. They have to list if the job is a permanent or temporary. The most important employ immigrants that employers will be required to provide a rate of starting salary and benefits than employees who are U.S. citizens. This will prevent the slave labor or low incomes who are currently employed by many in this country.

Employers have received a certified list of applicants for employment for immigrants so they can choose who they want to work for them. They will be required to submit quarterly evaluation reports to the immigration authorities about their immigrant employees and any problems or incidents of a disciplinary nature. In addition, all immigrant employees will receive only the hourly wage / overtime and never a salaried position in that their status is foreign. Once they become U.S. citizens, then their future employment will be maintained under the laws and jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Labor as well as every citizen of nature.

Finally, each employer of three or more legal immigrants to help them choose a worker as representing immigrant workers for other workers. This work rep will be responsible to submit quarterly reports to the Immigration Service and the employer report forms. He or she will also act as liaison between management and other immigrant workers.

If we are truly committed to ensure and maintain the American way, then we must take seriously in this regard. We must ensure that immigrants are fully deterred from entering the country without first being certified and licensed.
